Greek Yogurt Dip with Cumin and Coriander Spice

This dip is excellent with naan bread, pita sandwiches, grilled meats and vegetables. It’s base is greek yogurt.  Blending fresh mint leaves and a few spices together and it’s ready in just a few minutes! This dip pairs well with Indian or Greek cuisine.

Yield: 1 cup


1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, minced

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. coriander

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

pepper to taste


Wash and pat dry the mint leaves, then chop very fine.

Juice the lemon.

In a medium bowl: combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mint leaves, cumin, coriander, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined and serve.
