I love cabbage for it’s healthy benefits, and it goes well in all types of cuisine. I love to make this and eat all week. I mix it with different grains, scrambled eggs, salads, roasted vegetables, tuna, and my favorite tacos! This is quick and easy, and ready in ten minutes!

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup green cabbage

2 tbsp. olive oil

¼ tsp. celery seed

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Wash the cabbage, remove the core and cut into thin strips.

In a small saute pan, heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add the cabbage and sprinkle on top the celery seed and sesame seeds. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cabbage starts to wilt and turns slightly brown. Remove from heat and enjoy!
