After a workout or when I’m on the go I love to make smoothies. You can use this formula and mix any fruit or non-dairy milk you like. I also love using pineapple, strawberries, and spinach in my smoothies. Grab your blender and let’s get started!
Yield: 1 smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. flax-seed
1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
In a blender combine the coconut milk, banana, cantaloupe, flax-seed, and protein powder. Mix on high until well mixed and enjoy!
