After a workout or when I’m on the go I love to make smoothies. Especially when its hot outside, I like cold drinks. This is packed with fruit, protein, and healthy coconut milk. You can mix any fruit or non-dairy milk you like. I also love using pineapple and strawberries in my smoothies.
Yield: 1 smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. flax-seed
1 scoop protein powder
In a blender combine the coconut milk, banana, cantaloupe, flax-seed, and protein powder. Mix on high until well mixed and enjoy!
