Ah Smoothies! I love them. When I’m post-workout, or when I want a creamy sweet treat in the Summertime I’ll whip up one of these and be on cloud nine. The combination of coconut milk, strawberries, and red grapes is so delicious!


Yield: 1 smoothie


1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

6 frozen red grapes

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp. flax-seed

1 scoop vanilla protein powder


In a blender combine the coconut milk, strawberries, grapes, flax-seed, and protein powder. Mix on high until well combined, and enjoy!
