I love roasting chicken in the oven. Using chicken thighs is a budget friendly option and this recipe is little prep so you’ll have a meal ready to go in no time. Its lightly seasoned with salted butter, rosemary and a touch of paprika. Toss some veggies in the oven with a little oil, garlic, and pepper and roast in the oven while the chicken is cooking and dinner is done!
5 chicken thighs
1-2 tbsp. salted butter
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed rosemary
1 tsp. paprika
Pre heat the oven to 350*F.
Line a baking dish or pan with aluminum foil, for easy clean up later.
Spread the thighs out on the dish with some space in between each thigh.
Add a little pad of butter on top of each thigh. Sprinkle the rosemary, paprika, and pepper over each thigh.
Bake in the oven 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 165*F, let cool 5 minutes and enjoy!
