I love avocados, and making this guacamole is so quick and easy. Just a few ingredients and you’re on your way for flavor town.  I love the crunch you get from the raw radishes, and the cumin is such a great flavor with the avocado.

Yield: 6-8 servings



1 small bundle of radishes (about 6 whole)

4 medium ripe avocados

3 scallions

1-2 tbsp. olive oil

1/2- 1 tsp of cumin

pinch of sea salt




Wash all produce. Slice the tops and bottoms of the radishes off and roughly chop. Remove the bottoms of the scallions about 1/2 inch to 1 inch and slice into thin cuts.

Pitt the avocados and scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil,

Add in the radish, scallions, cumin, and salt. Mix well and enjoy.
