If you want something sweet, this apple crumble hits the spot! Full of healthy seeds and nuts with a touch of cinnamon……so delicious!  Grab your food processor and let’s get started! Top with your favorite fresh fruits or non-dairy ice cream!

Yield: 8-10 servings

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

2 apples

1/2 cup raisins

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. chia seeds

Wash the apples and remove the cores. Slice into large dice and add into your food processor. Add in the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, chia seeds, and raisins and pulse until lightly blended and still chunky in texture.

Divide up into small bowls and top with your favorite fruits and berries, or even ice cream! Keep in the fridge for 1 week.
