Good Morning Everyone! I’ve been eating lots of bananas lately and made this deliciously creamy and lightly sweet smoothie. Full of banana goodness with dates, celery, and cinnamon. Grab your blender and let’s get started!

Yield: 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

3 bananas

3 dates

2 celery stalks with leaves

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup of filtered water

3 -5 ice cubes

Preparation:

Wash the celery and cut into 1 inch pieces and add into your blender.

Add in the bananas, dates, cinnamon, and liquid.

Blend until creamy and enjoy!
