My newest creation is so bright and sweet. If you want dessert for breakfast or after a workout try this rich and delicious smoothie. Loaded with fresh pineapple, strawberries, bananas, dates, chocolate, and a touch of cinnamon. Grab your blender and let’s get started!

Yield: 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

2 bananas

3 dates

1 cup pineapple

1 cup strawberries

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup water

1 scoop chocolate  protein powder

a few ice cubes
