This sauce is a breeze, and so delicious with tofu meatballs, veggie kabobs, veggie burgers, or even avocado toast!

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients:

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

3 tbsp. tomato paste

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 cup water

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a small pot and heat for 5 minutes on medium heat, and enjoy.

*I left the pineapple chinks in my sauce, but if you would like a smoother sauce just use an immersion blender, or traditional blender and strain if needed.
