This diy deodorant powder has 2 ingredients and is gentler on your body than store bought deodorant. Made with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. This has no chemicals, metals, or dyes. Just natural ingredients for a healthier homemade version. Plus it costs pennies to make and lasts a long time!

Note: I’ve been using this for a few months now and it works great. It will take your body a couple of weeks to adjust so your pores clear, and sweat more naturally without them being blocked by the store bought versions of antiperspirant.

The first few days I did sweat a lot, and had more body odor, but stick with it your body will adjust naturally. On those days I just put more on in the afternoons. After the first week I noticed I sweat much less and now after a few months I’ve realized my body is adapted more naturally to the warmer temperatures and I feel cooler even on hot days.

Yield: 1 cup deodorant

Ingredients:

1/2 cup baking soda

1/2 cup cornstarch

Preparation:

Add equal parts of cornstarch and baking soda into a bowl and mix well. Store in a small glass dish/ airtight container. Apply with a powder puff, large makeup brush, cotton ball, or reusable cloth.
