Spinach and Banana Smoothie with Cinnamon

Good morning, I have been making a lot of smoothies lately and this is a new favorite. I make a big batch of this to have for my breakfast and it gives me so much energy!

If you like to meal prep out your smoothies portion the ingredients out into freezer bags and in the morning just add in the coconut water and blend.

Yield: 1 large or 2 small smoothies

Ingredients:

1/2 – 1 cup fresh spinach

2 bananas

11 ounces pure coconut water

6 ice cubes

2 tsp. cinnamon

Place all ingredients into the blender. Add extra water if needed for smoother consistency. Blend well and enjoy!
